VI. Acknowledgement. By using the service, you acknowledge that we work with third-party companies that you may see ads from. Your searches may also be passed to other search engine providers and those searches may be stored and saved. You can update your search settings if you feel like it.

You may not in connection with the Service engage in commercial activity on non-commercial properties or apps or high-volume activity without our prior written consent. You may not engage in conduct or activity that is disruptive to the Service or the experience of other users.

VIII. Support. Unless otherwise expressly stated, we do not promise to provide you with any support for the Service. If we provide you with support, it is at our sole discretion and does not mean that we will continue to provide you with support in the future.

It is your responsibility to check these Terms & Conditions periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Site, following the posting of changes, will mean that you accept and agree to all changes. As long as you comply with these Terms & Conditions, ColorDetect.com grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited privilege to enter and use the Site.

ColorDetect.com reserves the right to change or discontinue the Site with or without notice, including without limitation, removing features or functionality. ColorDetect.com reserves the right to charge fees for use of the Site in the future.

Applicable law

The Service and their TOS are subject to Canada law, wherever they may be used. In the event of that amicable solutions fail or are not sought, any dispute arising from these provisions may be brought before the competent courts.

Termination

We, at all times, have the right, without obligation, to take certain actions with respect to the Service and your use of the Service and Content in our sole and absolute discretion at any time and for any reason without giving you any prior notice, including, without limitation, the right to
